These Iberian products have been cured in the Iberian Peninsula, just like our famous ham, known for its gentle taste, palate smoothness, and its deliciously non-intrusive character.

Tasting of the Iberian Cured Meats - Mild Flavor

We present a new pack for you to discover the flavours of the best Iberian products in Spain. With the box Smooth Flavours you will take home, in a comfortable and elegant presentation, four sachets divided into:

  • 100% Iberian Bellota Ham - 80 gr
  • 100% Iberian Bellota Loin -  80 gr
  • 100% Iberian Bellota Chorizo - 80 gr
  • 100% Iberian Bellota Salchichón - 80 gr


Pata Negra Ham

When we say that a ham is "Pata Negra", we are always referring to the purity of the Iberian breed, meaning that the pigs from which this product is obtained have both Iberian parents, guaranteeing that their meat is 100% Iberian.

Iberian pigs stand out from the rest of the pigs and animals in the world due to their ability to infiltrate fat into the muscle, a fat they acquire through controlled feeding and exercise during the Montanera season in the meadows.

Maintaining one of our maxims, which states that "the best ham is the one you like the most", we can affirm that with one of these packets of 100% acorn-fed Iberian sliced ham, you will experience firsthand what we mean when we say that ham is not just for eating but for enjoying.


The Montanera - Season and the origins

Those pigs that are destined to give Iberian acorn-fed hams make the final part of their fattening during the Montanera: From November onwards, when it gets cold in the mountains and the acorns fall naturally because they are ripe, the pigs who want to finish fattening naturally are left free on the farm.

For a maximum of 4 months, the pigs will eat all the acorns they can find, red fruits and lots of grass. They will walk a lot and drink a lot of water.

When they have increased by 50% the weight with which they entered the pastureland, they will be ready to provide the wonderful Jamón Ibérico de Bellota.


Packs of Iberian Ham

  • Box tasting of Jamón de Belllota: These packs are made up of sliced products from the four Iberian origins and are perfect for you to try one slice of ham after another, so you can immediately notice the nuances between the different origins.

  • The Book of experience: This book is the same as the previous packs, that is, it also allows you to taste the different types of Jamón according to their origin. But what's so special about it? Well, it's the only book in the world you can eat!

  • Box Bellota 100% Iberian (Sabores de): With the previous packs we offer you the possibility to taste the jamón of the different variants and with these you have another option, to taste all the flavours of the same origin, that is to say, in a single pack you have chorizo, salchichón, lomo and Jamón of all flavours: smooth, aromatic, intense and tasty.

  • 'Travel pack' and 'No te cortes' pack: The travel packs are very original packages that we have in two sizes, 1.8 kg. or 3kg. The small package consists of 18 sliced sachets, two sachets of cubes, two sachets of ham shavings and one vacuum-packed with the ham bones, while the large one contains, instead of 18 sachets, 33 vacuum-packed sliced sachets together with the rest of the products. These packages are perfect to give to friends or family because they have a very original presentation, they are small travel bags.
