Unique Vega Sicilia Wine

Origin

The emblem of Vega Sicilia is Unique. A careful selection of plots that allow all the properties of Tempranillo to be fully exploited with a variable proportion of Cabernet Sauvignon. Approximately 10 years of aging between wood and bottle with a production that varies each year. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in large wooden tanks give way to a long and complex aging in French and American oak, alternating wooden vats, new and used barrels in a combination that varies each year.

Made with the 2008, 2009 and 2010 vintages of Único de Vega Sicilia.

The Reserva Especial is the wine with the most personality, it combines the complexity of the Único by multiplying it by several vintages and offers us an immense aromatic range, pure elegance in an eternal journey through the magic of a myth.
