A limited production Agustí Torelló Mata Gran Reserva 2017 cava. A unique cava, hand harvested and with vegan certification. It is a gastronomic cava that goes very well with fatty dishes, and cured products such as ham. It exalts the flavor of the ham and cleanses our palate for the next bite, with a final hint of ripe fruit. Keep in a cool place. It is recommended to serve between 3º and 8º C.

A Macabeo fermented in barrels, a unique cava


Brut Nature ORGANIC , Penedés vineyards, manual harvest and Vegan certification

Blend varieties: 35% Macabeo – 28% Xarel·lo – 37% Parellada

Made with its own yeasts: vinified on the property, it ferments in French oak barrels for 6 months, with its own yeasts selected before the harvest, fully respecting the natural expression of the Macabeo and its soil of origin.

VINTAGE 2017 Year of extreme drought in which the vineyards suffered from lack of water. It rained only 518 mm in the entire wine-growing year. Low yield per hectare, but the more than 50 years of this vineyard allowed a very good concentration of sugars and aromas. A year of great quality from this Macabeo.

Final impression: Marked varietal character, aromas of long aging, ripe white fruit, notes of baked apple, toast and brioche. Creamy, glyceric and with a singular and unique structure.


It goes very well with fatty dishes such as foie, stews, dishes with sauces and especially cured dishes such as jamón
