A wine of the 2020 vintage, sauvignon blanc variety with D.O. Rueda, Valladolid origin. Fresh in the mouth and delicate on the palate. Ideal for pairing with fish and appetizers. Keep in a cool place. Recommended serving temperature between 3 and 8ºC.

Elaboration
The grapes were destemmed, crushed and macerated for 6 hours before being pressed the same day they were received, at night, taking advantage of the low temperatures. The must was settled for 24 hours and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.

A delicate, very bright and clean yellow color with green reflections.
Nose
It floods with a wide range of aromas of tropical and citrus fruits such as passion fruit and lime with a touch of fleshy fruits such as peach, accompanied by delicate white flowers and grassy memories such as fennel.
Mouth
It is voluminous with a silky and fresh texture that runs through the entire palate. In the end it leaves a delicious and persistent memory of lemon peel, apricot and fennel.
Pairing
Perfect to accompany appetizers, baked fish, salads and soft cow or sheep cheeses.
