Lentil salad with jamon serrano and vegetables
We propose the lentil salad with Serrano ham. A dish that besides being tasty, is healthy and very typical in the Mediterranean diet.
- 1 Lentils (assuming you buy them already cooked)
- ¼ Green pepper
- ¼ Red pepper
- ½ Carrot
- 1 Tomato
- 4 Jamón Gran Reserva Enrique Tomás
- Olive oil
- Salt
PREPARACIÓN
1. We prepare all the ingredients.
2. We wash the vegetables, peel the carrots and cut everything into small pieces in the form of squares, including tomatoes. And on the other hand, we drain the lentils.
3. On top we add the chopped vegetables: tomato, red bell pepper, green bell pepper and carrot. Finally, cut the serrano ham slices into small pieces or strips and place them on top.
4. Mix everything well and add a good splash of olive oil and a pinch of salt. And that's it! A quick dish to prepare, healthy and very tasty. You can accompany it with something else like a piece of potato omelette, for example. Or take it as a main dish.
