Shipping policy
For purchases over €100 , shipping costs within Spain (peninsular territory) are free. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Most shipments to European countries are free for purchases over €200 , with the exception of Cyprus and Malta, where this benefit does not apply. Switzerland and LIechtenstein are exception countries, because they have tariffs imposed at destination. And these are always the responsibility of the client, they are not included in the order. Below in shipping costs we indicate it
However, for orders including 6 or more bottles, shipping charges will apply throughout Europe, regardless of destination.
Regarding national and international shipments that do not fall within the categories mentioned above, we will apply the most convenient shipping rate depending on the country and the total weight of the products you have purchased. In this way, we guarantee that you will never pay more than necessary, and we can always assure you that the service will be carried out by a reputable transport company, with guaranteed quality of service.
As you place your order, you'll immediately see the associated shipping costs. In exceptional cases in which a customs procedure is required and this generates additional costs, either for the product or for administrative procedures, these expenses will be the responsibility of the client.
Shipping costs
On the payment screen you will see the shipping cost information for your order based on the shipping address that you have indicated in the previous steps. Remember to accept the general conditions to process the order.
National (Peninsula only): Shipping is free from 100 euros and above. Balearic Islands free shipping from 150 euros and above.
Shipping costs apply to each order. The exact costs of each order depend on the country of receipt. Under no circumstances will orders be sent to areas that are not included in the list of countries to which Enrique Tomás can ship its products.
International
International shipping costs may vary depending on the country, area and weight of the order.
Portugal (Zone 4) free shipping from 100 euros and above.
France, Germany and Italy (EU Zone) free shipping from 200 euros and above.
Belgium, Luxembourg, Monaco and the Netherlands (Zone 6) free shipping from 300 euros and above.
Austria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Poland, Romania and Sweden (Zone 7-71) free shipping from 300 euros and above.
United Kingdom: Free shipping on orders over £450
Countries with exceptions:
Switzerland and Liechtenstein: These countries charge customs fees for importing meat. These Swiss customs fees/duties are paid by the recipient/customer. They are not included in the order and the customer must pay for them before delivery. For more information about the cost, consult your local authorities.
United Kingdom: These countries charge customs duties for meat imports. These UK customs duties are paid by the recipient/customer. They are not included in the order and must be paid by the customer before delivery. For more information about the cost, please check with local authorities.
Please note that all products are subject to customs inspection and may require an EORI number (this documentation must be obtained/requested by the customer via gov.uk), which could delay the delivery.
Any customs charges imposed by the UK government will be the responsibility of the customer. Enrique Tomás S.L. will cover the customs clearance costs for exportation.
Other countries:
Any tariff expense involved in importing to a European country will always be borne by the client/recipient.
Cyprus, Malta, and the Mediterranean islands do not have shipping costs included in any case.
Pay
The customer has several payment options to place their order. During the purchasing process, you must select your preference among the following modalities:
- VISA or MASTERCARD credit card
All transactions involving the transfer of personal or banking data will be carried out in a secure environment, using a server based on standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security technology. All the information you provide us will travel encrypted over the network. Furthermore, the data relating to your credit card will be entered directly on the bank's website, at the bank's Point of Sale Terminal (POS), and will not be entered or stored on any server of ENRIQUE TOMAS SL.
This payment method is available exclusively on the website.
In the event that a fraudulent or improper charge has been made on a purchase using a payment card number, the cardholder may request that the order not be processed, as long as it has not left our warehouse. However, if the order has already been shipped from our warehouses, the procedure in these cases requires the customer to file a complaint with an official authority, which will subsequently request the personal data that is presumed to be fraudulent. In all cases, compliance with the corresponding legal provisions will be strictly followed.
However, if the purchase was made legitimately by the cardholder and the return request was not due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal or resolution, and, therefore, unduly implied the cancellation of the corresponding charge, the cardholder will be obliged to compensate ENRIQUE TOMAS SL for the damages caused as a result of said cancellation.
- Wire transfer
By opting for bank transfer, you will receive, along with the confirmation of your order, an email that will include the bank details of ENRIQUE TOMAS SL.
It is extremely important that, when making the transfer, you include the order number, as well as your name and surname, in the subject line. Be sure to make the transfer within 3 days of the order confirmation date so that it can be validated.
If you prefer, you can send us proof of the transfer by email to support @enriquetomas.com . However, please note that the order will not be considered effective until our administration department receives bank confirmation of the transfer.
We remind you that payment must be made in EUROS and that any exchange commission and additional bank fees will be at your expense.
In the case of bank transfers from outside Spain, it is essential that when ordering the transfer, you inform your bank of the responsibility of covering the commissions at origin, that is, the bank commissions and expenses related to your entity. Otherwise, ENRIQUE TOMAS SL could withhold the shipment of your order by not receiving the full amount of it.
Any additional exchange fees and bank fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

PayPal allows you to make online payments safely and conveniently. - Scalapay
If you make a purchase with Scalapay, you will receive your order and you will have the option to pay in 3 installments. It is important to note that the quotas will be sold to and purchased by Retail Facilities SPV 1 Limited, as well as to related parties and their beneficiaries. By using this service, you are granting unconditional and irrevocable authorization, and you are expressly consenting to this transaction of purchase and sale of quotas.
This payment method provides flexibility to buyers, allowing them to distribute the cost of their purchase in comfortable and predefined terms. Scalapay is responsible for managing these payments efficiently to guarantee a satisfactory shopping experience.
Delivery
- Where and when
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday. Deliveries are not made on weekends or local holidays.
Orders can only be delivered to private homes or offices. Deliveries are carried out during business hours. For this reason, to facilitate the receipt of shipments, we ask our customers to use their work addresses or other locations where someone is available to receive the order.
- Delivery term
Orders destined for the Spanish territory (Peninsula) are normally delivered within 1 to 2 business days from receipt. Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a notification email that will include the estimated delivery date. In the case of orders placed outside of Spain, the delivery period may vary and be between 3 and 5 working days from confirmation of the order.
It is important to keep in mind that these delivery times can be extended between 12 and 24 hours if the order includes, for example, a sliced ham. This is because the ham is cut when the order is received to ensure that the customer receives it practically freshly cut and can enjoy it to the fullest.
During the second half of December, normal delivery times may double due to the high volume of daily orders we receive in the days leading up to Christmas.
- Verification upon receipt
The customer must inspect the condition and contents of the package within a reasonable time after receipt to ensure that everything is correct and as requested. If no communication of rejection of the products has been received within 7 days of delivery, Enrique Tomás will consider that the customer has accepted the delivery.
The availability of the products offered by ENRIQUE TOMAS SL may vary depending on customer demand. Although ENRIQUE TOMAS SL periodically updates the inventory, it is possible that the product requested by the client is out of stock at that time. If a product cannot be delivered due to its lack of availability, ENRIQUE TOMAS SL will notify the customer of this situation via email.
The period for this communication will not exceed in any case a maximum of 30 days. ENRIQUE TOMAS SL will offer the customer the option of: providing a product with similar or higher quality characteristics at no additional cost, or, except for reasons justified and demonstrable by ENRIQUE TOMAS SL within this same period, refund the amounts paid for the canceled order.
