Aubocassa DO Oli de Mallorca
An oil that comes from the soil of the Manacor area in Mallorca. The collection date is fall 2020.
Product characteristics, tasting notes:
Olive variety: arbequina.
Color: The yellow and green notes are the protagonists of the color.
Nose: Leaning into the Aubocassa glass is a spectacle. Overhead, delicate aromas of lemon peel and fine, freshly cut grass float. The garden is located inside the glass and the ramallet tomato is king, but next to it are the aromas of many other vegetables that together form the sensation of a freshly finished gazpacho.
Mouth: The first sensation is of silkiness, fullness and freshness. Then come the perceptions of fruits and vegetables that were appreciated in the nose. The fresh almond has a special role and there is a very slight spiciness that gives life to the whole. There are no bitter notes that stand out and the sweetness and brightness of Mallorca are the protagonists.
