Characteristics
From organic and biodynamic agriculture. Vinification of each variety separately, its elaboration is done through cold pre-fermentative macerations for maximum aromatic extraction, followed by a gentle pressing in which only the free-run juice is extracted. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 15 °C. Cold fermentation is stopped in order to preserve the residual six grams of sugar per liter.
Tasting notes:
Very aromatic nose, with hints of roses, jasmine, peach, fresh fruit. Sweet and fresh, smooth and unctuous on the palate with a dry and fragrant finish with pleasant sensations of white flowers and citrus touches.

Varieties: 50% Muscat (35% Muscat de Frontignan and 15% from Alexandria), 35% Sauvignon Blanc, and 5% Gewürztraminer.
Vol: 11%.
Recommended serving temperature: 3º- 8ºC.
