DESCRIPTION
Characteristics:
Blend varieties: 48% Macabeo, 19% Xarel.lo and 33% Parellada in El Penedés.
Own yeasts: vinified in the winery, each variety separately, for 28 days, at a temperature of 16ºC with own yeasts, selected from each variety before the harvest to respect the maximum expression of the grape and its soil.
Second fermentation and aging in bottle with its lees for 6 years in the cellars at a constant temperature of 17ºC.
Tasting notes:
Fresh cava, with persistent bubbles and a pleasant aftertaste. Notes of white fruit and hints of Golden apple. Smooth and perfectly balanced. A versatile brut for any time of the day.
Alcoholic graduation: 11.5% vol.
Acidity: 6 g/l (tartaric)
Sugar 4 g/l
