The 50% Iberian Cebo Ham is made from one of the most outstanding products in Spanish gastronomy: the Iberian pig, a breed that can only be found on the Iberian Peninsula itself. At Enrique Tomás, we want to exalt this delight to the fullest, which is why we offer a product of the highest quality, made from the hind leg of Iberian pigs, fed on feed, cereals, and grass, and cured for 24 months.

The Iberian pig is a unique breed found only in Spain and Portugal. Its genetics allow it to infiltrate fat into the muscle, giving its meat white marbling veins and a unique taste and juiciness.

At Enrique Tomás, we want to exalt this product to the fullest, which is why we offer a high-quality Iberian Cebo Ham, made after a thorough selection of the best specimens, with rigorous cooking and a strict curing process that ensures all conditions are met to finally obtain a perfect and delicious ham for the palate.

Regarding the Wine Pairing:


The secret of its beauty lies in the versatility of its style. It is subtle, balanced, and very dry on the palate, yet at the same time, very harmonious. Its taste makes it a safe bet. This dry wine is made from 100% selected Palomino grapes from the Pago de Macharnudo (Jerez Superior). It is one of the Premium wines from Harveys, with a Solera established in 1953.
