DESCRIPTION
The wine is made from Macabeo and Xarel·lo grapes from our own vineyards. After the first winter, sugar is added, along with the formula of red vermouth herbs, resulting in a vermouth base that will rest and mature in barrels for nine to twelve months. These barrels had previously held Jerez wines, were used in their time for wine transportation, and have been adapted today for vermouth storage.
