DESCRIPTION
Made with Verdeja, La Misión comes from centuries-old vines planted on farms with mainly sandy soils. 'Verdeja' has distinctive morphological features, the grapes are smaller, the clusters are more oval and it is more resistant to diseases such as botrytis, due to its thick skin. The aromas are the expression of authentic Verdejo, they present greater rusticity, but also greater authenticity. The analytical parameters reveal higher acidities and more concentrated grapes.
Tasting Note
View: Predominance of yellow bathed with golden reflections.
Nose: Presence of minerals, smoked and ripe fruits. Herbaceous memories, thyme, bay leaf and fennel on a background of oak memories.
Mouth: Fatty, enriching with a lot of volume. Good acidity and presence of hints of pineapple in syrup and citrus. Extensive and fresh aftertaste. Elegance, personality and typicality are the protagonists of the final wine.
Pairing: Ideal with fish, seafood and oriental cuisine.
