Characteristics Gramona Mas Escorpí
Gramona Mas Escorpí is a white wine from the D.O. Penedés produced by the Gramona winery located in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia. It is a family winery that has been dedicated to the production of wines and cavas for more than 120 years.
The climate of Sant Sadurni is typically Mediterranean, with dry and hot summers and dry winters. The vineyard is mainly planted on clay loam soil and reconverting it to a respectful viticulture under the precepts of biodynamics.

The must was fermented at a controlled temperature of between 14º and 15º for 43 days, so that the glyceric contribution was greater due to the slow fermentation.
