Light and fresh salad with Spanish Jamón
This salad is light, fresh and perfect for any time of the year. It includes vegetables like radish, fruits like apple and our favorite cured meat: jamón.
- 12 Cherry tomatos
- 1 Apple
- Rocket leaves, spinach, endive or lamb's lettuce (whatever you prefer or a combination).
- 8 Jamón Gran Reserva or Ibérico Enrique Tomás
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Balsamic vinegar
PREPARATION
1. Wash the leaves you have chosen for your salad (spinach, arugula, lamb's lettuce or endive or a mix of them). Drain them and add them to the plate where you are going to serve the salad.
2. Thinly slice the radishes and apple and add them to the leaf mixture.
3. Add the ham slices on top and dress the salad to your liking.
A simple and quick salad that you will have ready in 10 minutes, the result is delicious!
