The first 100 kilograms of any Iberian pig are obtained in the same way, feeding the animal first with the mother’s milk and then with feed full of vitamins and minerals. This diet is essential for the animal to grow strong, muscular, and with strong bones in its final fattening phase.

The meat of this type of ham is tasty, juicy, and full of nuances, perfect for fine palates that enjoy every subtle flavor. The shoulder flavor is more intense than the ham, and from the first bite, you will notice all its nuances.
