Burrata Salad

Burrata salad is a fresh and healthy recipe ideal for summer days. Its preparation is very simple and quick. In this case, the added value of the dish is the quality of each product. We tell you about it!




TOTAL TIME: 15 min

  • 1 Tomato
  • 250 grs Burrata
  • A handful of basil leaves
  • 6 Slices of Jamón Ibérico Enrique Tomás
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Add on top evenly.


1. Cut the tomato into slices.

2. Place the tomato slices in the center of the plate as a base and add a touch of salt and pepper.

3. Add the burrata in the center

4. Season with a handful of basil leaves.

5. Cut the pieces of Iberian ham from the slices or if you prefer use the shavings format.
Add on top evenly.

6. Dress with extra virgin olive oil to taste. Enjoy it!
