  • Arugula leaves
  • 1 Fresh figs (a couple per head will be enough).
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese
  • 5 Slices of Iberian ham
  • Modena vinegar
  • Olive oil
  • 1 almonds

PREPARATION

1. Have all the ingredients at hand to start preparing this summer salad of figs, Parmesan cheese and Iberian ham.

2.
Place the arugula leaves on the salad plate. Everyone can add more or less, according to their preferences.

3.
Add the fresh figs.

4.
Place the Iberian ham, a trick is to cut the slices thin and a little elongated so that they fill the whole salad.

5.
Add the Parmesan cheese on top cut into small squares.

6.
To dress this summer salad we will prepare a vinaigrette made from almonds, olive oil and a touch of balsamic vinegar.

7.
Add the vinaigrette on top of the salad and finish the recipe with a splash of balsamic vinegar - finger-licking good!
