Spinach, Zucchini, ricotta chesse and Jamón salad

We present a salad with spinach, zucchini, ricotta cheese, cashews and Enrique Tomás ham. A fresh salad, simple and quick to prepare, you will have it ready in just 10 minutes!

TOTAL TIME: 10 min

  • 1 bunch of washed fresh spinach
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 3 portions of ricotta cheese
  • 1 handful of cashew nuts
  • 8 slices of Enrique Tomás ham (Gran Reserva or Ibérico)
  • Olive oil, salt and vinegar


1.Wash the spinach and drain well to place on the platter or plating plate.

2. Cut the zucchini into thin slices and add to the spinach.

3. Make small portions of ricotta cheese and spread as desired on the salad.

4. Add the jamón slices and cashew nuts to taste. Dress with extra virgin olive oil, vinegar and a pinch of salt (if necessary).


The Jamón gives the salad a salty touch, we recommend not adding salt or very little.
