INGREDIENTS
FOR 2 PEOPLE
TOTAL TIME: 40 min
- Puff Pastry Base
- 1 zucchini
- 1 leek
- 1 onion
- 2 Eggs
- 3 slices of Iberian ham
- Nutmeg
- Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper
- Liquid cream
PREPARATION
1. Gather all your ingredients to prepare the vegetable quiche with ham and mushrooms.
2. Place the quiche base in your mold, choosing between shortcrust pastry or puff pastry. Prick it and bake it at 180 degrees for about 5 minutes. When it's ready, take it out and set it aside.
3. Cut and sauté the vegetables (leek, onion, zucchini) along with the mushrooms in a pan. When you see they are tender, add the ham cut into small pieces and sauté the entire mixture for a few minutes.
4. Beat the two eggs and add a bit of liquid cream for cooking, nutmeg, and salt.
5. Retrieve the mold with the base and add the vegetables and ham evenly.
6. Pour the mixture of eggs, cream, and nutmeg into the base with the vegetables and ham.
7. Do it evenly to cover the entire mold.
8. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the surface and bake at 180 degrees until it's nicely golden.
9. Remove the quiche from the oven and plate it to your liking! All that's left is to cut and enjoy.
