50% Iberian Breed Free-Range Fed

50% Iberian Breed Free-Range Fed ham is a new type of Iberian ham that we offer at Enrique Tomás. Like all our products, it features high quality, an impeccable selection process, and a flavor that will make you enjoy it like never before. While maintaining all the characteristics of the well-known Iberian Cebo ham, the pigs used to produce these hams and shoulders have followed a controlled three-phase feeding process: feed and cereals, a free-range stage with natural wild feeding, and a final fattening phase again with feed and cereals.

You can identify our 50% Iberian Breed Free-Range Fed Iberian products by Enrique Tomás’s signature mark plus the green label. Try the unique flavor of this product range—previously known as “recebo,” now renamed Cebo de Campo. The final result is a gastronomic delight with no comparison.
