This Pedro Ximénez wine from Harveys has been aged in American oak barrels using the traditional solera and criaderas system. It shows an attractive dark mahogany colour. On the nose, yeast notes are prominent, while the palate reveals a dry and sharp wine. Best enjoyed chilled, between 3º and 8ºC, making it an ideal choice as an aperitif.

Dark mahogany in colour, it leaves viscous tears on the glass. Aromatic balance enveloped in dried fruit and toasted notes.

Appearance: Dark mahogany colour with beautiful amber edges, leaving viscous tears in the glass, darker due to oxidative ageing.
Palate: Toasted characteristics and perfect balance of sweetness with other flavours such as acidity, saltiness and bitterness.
Nose: Deep and voluptuous, with excellent aromatic balance highlighting dried fruit tones.
