DESCRIPTION

Characteristics:

Red Monastrell, Garnacha Tintorera and Syrah aged in barrels.

Tasting note

Aging in French and American oak barrels. Intense dark red, with elegant well-integrated spicy notes from the barrel and ripe red fruit. It is fresh and silky with sweet tannin and a long finish.

Pairing:

Pairs well with red meats, strong cheeses and poultry stews.
