Oil with its own personality and very balanced
Green olive fruity, clearly identifiable on the nose and palate. It transmits aromas that remind us of green apple and grass on the nose, while leaving a sweet and fresh taste of fruit in the mouth with a slightly pleasant touch of bitterness.
Belonging to the DO Siurana, in the town of Mont-roig del Camp (Tarragona), it is made by first cold extraction exclusively from Arbequina olives, which gives it a fruity taste with a certain almond flavor.
