It's worth noting that all ham from Enrique Tomás, when leaving our warehouse on its way to your home, is at its optimal curing point for consumption.
Therefore, we recommend not buying it too early to avoid deterioration at home. Keep in mind that ham should be stored under suitable conditions of room temperature and humidity. Our drying room is the ideal place to ensure its proper preservation.
You can visit any of our physical stores or make the purchase online, choosing when you want to receive it. On such significant dates as Christmas, transport services usually experience longer delivery times, so we recommend placing the order at least two weeks in advance.
DO I BUY JAMÓN / HAM ON THE BONE OR SLICED?
Do you master the cutting technique? If you have never cut Spanish ham or feel unsure, it is most advisable to opt for buying it already sliced. This way, you will not only avoid possible injuries but also get a greater quantity of ham, as our experts make the most of each piece.
Additionally, the advantage of ordering it sliced lies in the possibility of consuming it according to your needs over several months.
