Jamón de Bellota 100% Ibérico (pata negra) and Jamón de Bellota 50% Ibérico
The 100% Iberian acorn-fed (bellota) ham is what people call pata negra: 100% Iberian breed pig, raised on the free-range montanera pasture, and with our longest curing process. The 50% Iberian acorn-fed ham comes from the same montanera pasture system with a crossbred pig, which is why it costs less while still being a top-tier acorn-fed ham.
Jamón de Cebo de Campo Ibérico and Jamón de Cebo Ibérico
If it's your first whole leg or you want to have Iberian ham at home all year round, these two are your entry points. Cebo de campo (grain & pasture-fed) is raised in the open air with pastures and feed, while cebo (farm grain-fed) is farm-raised with feed; both are authentic Iberian hams with their official quality seal.
Iberian ham shoulder (paleta) and paletilla on offer
The paleta (shoulder) is the front leg: fewer kilos, a slightly shorter curing time, and a price well below the ham leg, but with the same background flavor. If there are few of you at home or you want to start with something more manageable, it is the smartest purchase of the campaign.

Cómo saber si un jamón en oferta merece la pena
En Black Friday vas a ver descuentos muy grandes en jamón. Algunos son reales y otros te están vendiendo otra cosa. Como llevamos desde 1982 seleccionando piezas, te contamos qué mirar antes de pagar:

El precinto de color, que es lo primero
Por la norma de calidad del ibérico, el precinto negro es bellota 100% ibérico, el rojo es bellota ibérico, el verde es cebo de campo ibérico y el blanco es cebo ibérico. Si en la ficha no aparece ni la raza ni el tipo de alimentación, no sabes qué estás comprando.

El precio por kilo, no el precio de la pieza
Una pieza más barata puede salir más cara por kilo si pesa menos o si le sobra grasa exterior. Compara siempre por kilo.

Los descuentos imposibles
Un bellota 100% ibérico necesita años de curación y una montanera detrás. Cuando ves ese producto a mitad de precio, lo normal es que sea otra categoría, que la pieza esté demasiado seca o que el origen esté sin concretar.

Cuánto jamón necesitas de verdad
Una pieza entera es una gran compra si vas a tener gente en casa. Si sois dos, el sobre de loncheado o el deshuesado te va a dar mejor resultado y menos merma.
Comprar en Black Friday el jamón de Navidad
El Black Friday cae cuatro semanas antes de Nochebuena, así que es el mejor momento del año para comprar el jamón de Navidad: mismo jamón, menos dinero y tiempo de sobra para que llegue.
Si lo compras ahora para diciembre, dos cosas: una pieza entera sin empezar aguanta perfectamente esas semanas colgada en un sitio fresco y seco, y si la vas a regalar, te interesa más una cesta o un pack ya presentado que la pieza suelta. Tienes las cestas de Navidad y los packs y cestas para regalar también en oferta estos días.

Do Black Friday discounts also apply to hand-carved jamón?
Yes. Hand-carved slicing is included in the promotion with the same discount percentage as the rest of the formats in that range. You will see it reflected directly in the discounted product price, without needing to enter a code.
Can I buy now and have it delivered in the week before Christmas?
Yes, tell us your desired delivery date when placing your order, and we will send it to you on that day. It is our most requested option on Black Friday: take advantage of November's price for December's ham.
Can I combine the discount with free delivery or a newsletter code?
Free shipping remains active throughout the campaign. Promo codes cannot be combined with the Black Friday discount since the product price is already reduced.
Are the Black Friday deals available in Enrique Tomás stores as well as online?
The campaign is active in both. In store, you can also taste before deciding, which remains the best way to choose a ham. Find your nearest ham shop using our store locator.
What happens if the jamón I want sells out during the sale?
The offers are valid while supplies last for each item. If the one you were looking for is sold out, write to us and we will tell you which equivalent piece we have available: within the same flavor profile, there is almost always an alternative.
Can I pay for a whole ham in instalments during Black Friday?
Yes, the interest-free 3-installment payment plan remains available during the campaign, applied directly to the already discounted price as well.
