The Sheep Cheese Gift Box Dehesa 2x250g is the perfect way to discover the evolution of the Dehesa's artisan Manchego cheese in a single box. Two wedges of raw sheep's milk cheese with Manchego Designation of Origin: one semi-cured and one cured, for a vertical tasting that shows how time transforms the flavour, texture and aroma of one exceptional cheese.

Made with raw milk from the estate's own flock, with a natural rind and no egg lysozyme, additives or preservatives. Raw milk preserves natural ferments, allowing each piece to develop its own unrepeatable nuances, impossible to achieve with standard starter cultures.

The livestock live in optimal conditions and feed on forage, hay and aromatic plants from the Dehesa itself, giving these cheeses a unique, special touch in every bite.
