At Enrique Tomás we invite you to enjoy one of the jewels of our gastronomy: 50% Iberian Breed Acorn-Fed Ham, a unique product that can only be produced on the Iberian Peninsula, ideal for ham lovers who want to taste a cured ham full of nuances.

Made from the hind leg of Iberian-breed pigs, our 50% Iberian Breed Acorn-Fed Ham is perfect for maximum sensory enjoyment. Available only on the Iberian Peninsula, pigs of this breed are fed with feed until reaching the first 100 kg, after which they are taken to the dehesa for the final fattening phase, eating acorns, herbs and wild plants for 4 months.

This rearing process, together with the animal’s genetic characteristics, gives the meat a unique flavor, with fat infiltrated into the muscle, resulting in a marbled, juicy ham with a delicate oily touch that is exquisite on the palate.
