4-Star Premium Ham Shavings

These shavings come from our 4-Star Premium ham.

Ham shavings are not waste scraps. Quite the opposite: they can come from different parts. They are delicious pieces taken from areas very close to the bone, or from spots that are difficult to access with a slicing knife and can only be extracted with a boning knife. They may also come from slices that, being too thin, have stuck to the knife. Full of flavor and perfectly cured.

Store refrigerated between 3–8°C. Required to preserve the product’s organoleptic and microbiological qualities. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within a maximum of 3 days.
