- 3 Tomatoes
- 100 g Jamón de bellota 100% ibérico -diced
- 5 gherkins
- 50 g capers
- 1 small onion
- Mustard vinaigrette
2. Cut the tomato, onion and pickles into very small cubes and add the diced ham and whole capers.
3. Mix everything together so that it is evenly distributed and so that the flavors blend. Add the mustard vinaigrette to give it a more liquid texture and a more refreshing taste.
4. Place the tartar mold on the plate where you want to serve the recipe and fill it with the mixture resulting from the previous step and...ready!
